Frisa is a small town in the countryside of Abruzzo as such it has little public
transport, it is reachable by bus from neighboring Lanciano, and from the coastal
town of San Vito.

Lanciano is reachable by frequent bus service from Pescara. San Vito is easily reachable
by the National Rail service, and it is just 20 minuts of train from Pescara.

If you are outside Italy the best way is to get by plane to Pescara (direct flight to
London, Frankfurt and Canada) or Rome (from Rome there is a fast bus service to Pescara,
train is not reccomended as it is really slow going through the Appenines Mountain Range).
